Charlotte did an amazing job as always. Son was fidgety this time and she was great at distracting him and keeping him busy with toys. Definitely would rebook :)

The stylist didn’t give time for my child to settle in. She went for the haircut straight away, which made him cry throughout the whole experience. We were promised that he would be given some toys to play with to distract him, but none of that happened.

The experience was fine. We expected a video or something to attract the child attention. We had to stand holding the phone with a video.
Also the haircut was the worst we have had. Not happy at all with the outcome. It’s uneven in the back and a lock of hair completely missed. I don’t think we will be coming back to any trotters.
