My daughter had her fringe cut. She’s normally calm at the hairdressers but wasn’t cooperating. The stylist was calm and patient with her. The cut was what we wanted.

My appointment was rearranged by the stylist at the time my appointment was due (as I realised when I saw my email later), so I had to wait over ten minutes (although that is how long my daughter's haircut took). The stylist was not apologetic and was in fact rude in her responses to me. The cost of the haircut is just as much as professional salons (if not more) although the results did not seem as good, I would not be recommending to anyone.
