Charlotte was brilliant! Caring, funny, professional and respectful of what we wanted for our child’s first haircut. She gave her opinion as a professional and was not pushy at all. Hodan was very quick on doing the hair cut, professional, but very patient with my son too, who wasn’t feeling very well and wasn’t in a good mood at that moment. I really appreciate her attitude with my son! Thank you!
