Charlotte was really friendly, patient & understanding even with my LH having a complete meltdown whilst cutting her hair making it really difficult for Charlotte but she did a brilliant job

Charlotte is brilliant - my 9 year old son hates having his haircut so it was completely overgrown and in need of a thorough cut and re-style whilst keeping to my promise that we wouldn’t cut too much. We brought a reference pic that Charlotte worked brilliantly to, whilst also explaining how it would work differently on my son’s hair. He was nervous and I was terrified of an imminent meltdown but Charlotte was incredibly caring and reassuring and he was delighted with the result!
