I have come here before and no one can compare to the service we received from Eden. He was exceptional and listened to us. He was very kind and caring and also listened to my toddler. He was also very happy which helped lighten the mood especially when my toddler was crying and this was my first time coming without my partner. He does not normally work in Westfield so it looks like I’ll be going to Kensington next time. Afterwards we were outside the shop and he came out to check on my toddler

My little wriggly boy found his haircut quite overwhelming. She made sure the process was quick so he didn’t get more stressed out. I have no idea how anyone can make it look as good as it did with such a wriggly head.
