We unfortunately had a very poor experience with our hairdresser Vali. She was rushed throughout and did not put our son at ease. Our son struggled throughout the haircut, we asked her not to use the razor to avoid upsetting him further- she ignored this request used the razor against our consent. We asked her to stop the haircut and she responded extremely rudely saying ‘he looks bad’ and that it was terrible she couldn’t finish. She showed no regard for our son. Terrible experience

Asked her to use scissors as the baby is small but she kept saying she couldn’t cut much now his hair awful. His scalp can be seen from places and it’s all uneven in the front. I’ve been before to Chelsea and had the best haircut for my baby boy but this time the store was under renovation so chose Westfield. Even my last experience at Westfield was awful. Never going back!
