My son did not want to sit still, the hairdresser was really calm and I liked they had different toys to distract him with. The hair cut is really cute and overall I’m happy with the outcome.

We always come to Trotters for my son’s haircut - been doing so for 8 years. But Charlotte was one of the best hairdressers we’ve met as she was highly talented and skilled in dealing with special needs children. Her gentle manner made our son stay calm & he didn’t get upset or anxious once. We normally dread a haircut but he was so relaxed due to Charlotte! A big thank you to her & we will book just with her now :)
