My child was screaming and instead of offering another date/rescheduling, proceeded to cut and butcher my child’s hair - and then blame it on the one year old for crying and moving! Unbelievable. Usually a loyal customer but no more.

Really awful cut, super blunt and lifeless at the back and basically no improvement to the front. Has lost all the lovely volume she had at the back and it’s still getting in the way of her face. Very disappointed.

My son had a haircut, and we had a wonderful experience. Enda was very friendl, mase my son feel comfortable throughout. The stylist was skilled and professional, taking great care with the haircut. He also gave some helpful advice on hair care, which we really appreciated.
