My 4 year old was anxious about her haircut but Charlotte made her feel at ease and was quite reassuring, she was efficient and the whole experience was fairly quick which is a bonus when you have two kids!

We had an appointment booked at 4pm, arrived 15 mins before appointment and was told to wait inside and they will call us. Been waiting for 30mins and had to check when is our turn only to find out there’s a mixed up with their appointment and they ended up re-scheduling us at 4:40pm! Although the lady at the counter apologised it’s not great waiting for too long especially with a toddler. Maria the hairdresser was nice with my little one, thanks
