Great haircut but the vibe is kind of weird as you’re trying to shop and kids are screaming getting their hair cut. Would be fewer screaming kids if they introduced screens to distract them for the 10mins it takes to cut hair

Charlottle was great and the haircut was lovely, only issue was the hygiene as I noticed large dried snot on the cape which shows it hasn't been washed recently.
