We typically go to other Trotters in town and really regretting not going to the usual branch this time. The haircut was terrible, very uneven, way too short, parts totally short / almost shaven. Awful.

The haircut was a little rushed and the apron was removed half way through the haircut which was confusing for the child and the hair went everywhere! The hairdresser did not deal well with a moving child. We had a better experience last time we were here.
