Whilst Vali did cut my daughters hair a bit shorter when I requested it, she was clearly not happy about it and commented afterwards that she thought it looked better before (a matter of opinion frankly and not one I asked for). I also asked her twice if she would mind braiding my daughters front section to keep the hair out of her face (something Kelly did in a matter of minutes on the girl next to us), Vali ignored me the first time I asked then said she didn’t have time at the end.
