Jodie was absolutely fantastic with my girls! She made them feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy from the moment they sat in the chair. She listened to what they wanted, was incredibly patient and kind, and gave them beautiful haircuts that they absolutely love.
Seeing their smiles at the end said it all—they were so happy with the result! Jodie is wonderful with children and truly talented. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The haircut itself was good, but Vali didn’t listen to my instructions. I specifically asked for only half an inch to be trimmed from my toddler’s hair, but she cut almost two inches off. When I questioned it, she said she thought it looked better that way. I explained we wanted to keep his hair long and just tidy it up, but she continued cutting until I asked her to stop. As a customer, I expect my wishes to be respected.
