This was my sons first haircut and was really disappointed. Unfortunately he hadn’t napped so I knew he would cry, tried to change appointment but was unable, no fault of stylist. However she looked very unhappy, never asked my sons name, or distract him with fish tank/toys (the reason I went). Nothing. Once done she didn’t even give him a smile or offer any of his hair as it was his first cut. I won’t return. Maybe better with older children but not for upset toddlers
