Jodie was AMAZING! ...at first my son was crying and refused to get in the chair and so i was worried we were making a scene...Jodie was wonderful about it!!! Shr didnt make me feel like an inconvenience at all or that my son was being difficult. Instead she was amazing and reassured me that he will be okay and he would settle down. I can't thank her enough for her calmness and reassurance.
