Perhaps she was having a bad day or I had high expectations, in either case I won't be going back.
I expected, after been required to give the child's name on the booking system, a "hello 'enter child's name', welcome!", but no, it seems we disturbed her lunch break, and all she said was 'hi, go sit up there'.
I've never seen my child so tense on a hairdresser's chair,he was gripping the armrests scared. She had zero manners & zero child interaction. Not something we want to repeat. Cut was ok.

Jodie was really excellent. Very calm, caring and experienced and did an amazing job with our little boy, especially as it was his first haircut. We were delighted with the outcome!
