Didn’t seem trained at all on how to work with children. My son kept saying that the hair was poking him on his neck and she kept instructing him to sit still . She also said “sit still or i might make a hole in you” - that’s a horrible thing to say to a child and it could have easily instilled fear in him about the shaver. I had to finally intervene n ask my son where the hair was poking him and asked her to brush the hair off his body .
