The cut is just terrible. I went home and fixed it myself. She cut his fringe straight and so it looks like a bowl cut.
I asked whether she could do his sideburns as well, as the 'fringe cut' they offer is meant to be a 'cut in between cuts' so I was hoping to just clean up his face and she said that was not included.
Would not recommend.

My boy needed just a trim and work on the volume whilst keeping the same style, he came out with a trim and different style which was really disappointing. Appointments are back to back with 20 minutes for a haircut. It all feel rushed and not worth the money and service. I would not recommend.

Our favourite stylist that we booked (Jodie) was not there on the day.
The haircut was okay but the stand-in was a little rough and he got a little upset as a result.
Ideally we should have been notified that our stylist was not there so we had the choice to rebook.
Next time we will insist on Jodie cutting our sons hair.

It was an amazing experience, the place is very welcoming, Jodie is a true magician, my daughter sat throughout the whole haircut with pleasure!
