Jodi was truly exceptional and did wonders to my boy’s botched hairstyle! She also did my baby’s first haircut in 2022 and he didn’t cry at all. We tried the Westfield branch afterwards but he didn’t like it there — he was crying all the time! Fair to say, after going back to the Turnham Green branch, my son is calmer and more behaved.
