Tijen was very patient with my son who has additional needs and as this was his first haircut I was especially worried! She was very caring and had a lovely manner with an excellent work ethic!

We took our almost-2 year old for his first haircut and Zlata made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. She was calm, confident and asked us for inputs throughout. We'd definitely go back for his next cuts.
