Kellie was fantastic. She listened carefully to exactly how I wanted the hair cut. She then listened equally carefully to how the boy wanted the hair gelled, studying the photo of a football player. I appreciated how seriously Kellie took this part of it- the most important part to the boy!

I had my daughter’s haircut with Natalia - it was an awful experience. She was abrasive and rude at times. Given my daughter was having a significant amount of hair cut off I wanted to make sure the cut was right. She offered no suggestions and instead rolled her eyes and was completely unhelpful when asked her opinion.
Jodi cut my son’s hair and was fantastic as usual! She even fixed my daughter’s fringe after Natalia had cut it with no charge.
