She is very skilful, attentive, kind, patient and very nice! My two children had a really good time there. She was very busy, staff were helping out. That’s great to see the teamwork.
I don’t think trotters should arrange back to back timing to do the hair cut. It’s not very nice for the staff, no time to drink, take a break, go to bathroom etc.
Trotters are earning so much money, could be a bit kinder to the staff.
