Easy to get an appointment, they always do a good job. I like that they don't wash the kids' hair, makes it quick & easy. Kids love the reward at the end!

We've not had this hairdresser before, and while she was fine she wasn't particularly happy about the haircut I asked for which was previously done beautifully by another hairdresser at the same Trotters, This time she cut it unevenly, telling me that this was because of the side-parting. I asked for it to be corrected but was told it should look like that, so I backed down. I've since realised I should have stood my ground.
