I’ve trusted Trotters for my daughter’s haircuts for a good 9 years, but this visit was really disappointing. I asked for a soft fringe blending into gentle waves, but the new stylist gave her a blunt, disconnected cut that doesn’t suit her at all. When I politely pointed it out, she responded rudely and refused to fix it. We left upset, and now I have to pay someone else to correct it. Not the care I expected as a loyal client.
