I love taking my two little ones to Trotters and have done for three years now with great experiences with the stylists there. However, the stylist for my son’s recent haircut handled his head very roughly, manually moving him instead of asking him first to move his head. She also got visibly upset/frustrated when he was moving. He’s not an especially difficult child, just a child, I’m not sure how she would have done if he had been higher needs.
