My little boy had a really bad experience at Trotters last time (for his first hair cut) so we were nervous to try it again, however Monika was amazing, she really put him at ease and was gentle, communicative and kind all the way through making sure that he was ok. A brilliant experience objectively and especially compared to last time. We’ll book with her again.
