Rosi was pretty rude. My son is only 2y old, was crying a lot and she was not very cooperative. I suggested he could sit on my lap and then whenever I wanted to reassure him and kiss him on the cheek she would push me (she did it twice). She can kindly ask me not to kiss him while she cuts his hair instead of pushing me like that. I did not say anything and was actually pretty shocked when I left. I also wanted her to adjust the length at the very bottom of his head and she was not keen.

We always schedule our son's hair cut with Tery because she knows exactly what to do. She recognizes and knows him and consistently offers great service and is our favorite stylist. After trying a few different venues, we've consistently been visiting Trotter's and Tery for the past year.
