Natalie was fantastic. From putting my 3 year old at ease and happy, to making him comfortable and keeping him entertained. Great at haircuts as well - very smart - I never thought my 3 year old would ask for another haircut straight away!

Our experience was amazing. Our little boy its 2 years and he never let us cut his hair. We was afraid he would cry but he loves the place since we arrived. The aquarium keeps him calm and distract. We love the place, the people and the haircut. Approved

My little boy’s haircut with Nic was fab. She asked when I wanted, did it, then checked that was right. My little boy was totally at ease throughout. Couldn’t be better. More expensive than places closer to us (Tooting) but totally worth the extra money and the journey!
