This is the 5th time that Trotters have cut my very sensitive little one's hair and she has gone from being petrified to being excited to have her hair cut. Absolutely brilliant service and atmosphere, I'm hugely grateful!

Nic is great! Very knowledgeable of baby/child hair (e.g. cradle cap), attentive, remembers details. Great set up where kids watch the fish rather than their hair being cut. Will go again.
