Venue was good, but they played rather loud music in the store which was strange. Staff were very friendly. Haircut unfortunately was terrible: it was as if she put a bowl over my child’s head and cut around it. Her technique was so questionable I was glad I told her to stop pretty much, keep the length so my stylist can do damage control. Thank goodness my stylist has fortunately now fixed it. If your child is a boy with wavy hair, please avoid. You will regret it otherwise!

They were fantastic! My little one decided to cut off 14" worth of hair grown over 7 years (argh!) but they were so so kind, and patient, and caring, and kind, and she was THRILLED. Absolutely wonderful experience all around. Venue and stylist very much recommended. Thank you!

I will never come back to this place. The lady did everything in a rush, no touch for a little baby who was having his first cut. I think I just created a trauma taking him to this place. I wouldn't recommend it at all! AVOID !!!
