We had a terrible booking experience in terms of trying to amend a booking which couldn’t be done in store or via treatwell (because of a discount applied which I was happy to pay the difference to a full price appointment for the appointment we wanted). Contacted trotters twice about Experience and no reply- expect more when paying so much for 8 minute hair cut. Stylist was standoffish throughout appointment. Hair cut itself was okay though only 8 minutes of 20 minute appointment.

Excellent haircut - speedy, confident and reassuring for two barber-shy children. Suitable distraction provided by the tropical fish and the chocolate coin at the end was a bonus!
