Trotters used to be an amazing experience for parents and children alike. It made it worth the money. I loved taking my daughter there from about 2016-2019. Now my son is almost 2, I wanted to recreate the same experiences. However, the hairstylists aren’t as patient nor is the shop staff as pleasant. It’s all very commercial. I did not get the haircut I asked for (keep some length) - came out with a very short haircut. For the price, it’s no longer worth it anymore.
