We were left underwhelmed and disappointed by our experience as we expected more from a brand so renowned as Trotters. It felt impersonal and rushed and for a first haircut we had hoped for better. I would not recommend or go back. I cannot fault Nici as she is clearly capable and kind but I think the system is at fault. In the end I just felt like an RVU, and that we were an inconvenience for being 1 minute late of our 20 min allocation of which only 5 mins was cutting hair
