Our appointment started about 10-15 minutes late, and we arrived a few minutes early to make sure we were on time. It was pretty difficult to keep our toddler entertained and In good spirits for a haircut. Allocating additional time per appointment might help to keep this from Happening. It happened the last time we were there as well.
I always have a great experience at Trotters - the staff are great with kids and have all sorts of ways of putting them at their ease. They’re also super quick, which always helps!
Sada was quite nervous cutting my son’s hair so she took a while to complete it. She engaged well with him and was gentle when trying to get him to sit still (which is no easy task!).
She was really nice but didn’t do a good job on my son hair and kept saying claiming it was due to the curly texture. The other stylist does an amazing job so will return but use the other stylist. I left on holiday and it looks like he didn’t get a haircut. It’s frustrating as I snuck an appointment in between work and couldn’t go back to get it fixed before we left.
