Natalie was amazing, as it was the first time my 11 months old boy got his hair cut and he cried quite a bit at first!
But Natalie not only did a great job cutting his hair, she also managed to distract him by singing, offering him to hold brushes etc etc, she was just brilliant!

My son loves getting his son cut at Trotters with Tracy. The atmosphere is calm with the aquarium, Tracy knows how to put my child at ease (he hated getting it cut and would freak out). She is so talented and knows how to cut his hair and gets it layered properly that it looks neat and tidy and is easy to manage.
