Although the store was very busy the staff were courteous and very patient with every customer; not easy given the differing ages of the children being fitted for shoes.
Managed to book a last minute haircut, a stroke of luck as it was the best haircut this child who has just turned four has had.
Natalie was brilliant.

We had a great experience and Tracey fitted in our friends daughter who was with us with no issue. She was very chatty with the girls, one of which is normally very nervous about haircuts.
