She was super friendly and the kid was not very cooperative, however the haircut was terrible. I did not notice it when leaving but then at home with more time to observe. One side it was horribly short, there was luck of symmetry and the back was not great either. I’ve been before and know it’s not easy with a crying kid so I overlook details, but this was difficult to justify. I won’t come back

Everytime I visit this branch of trotters I find the staff very aloof and obnoxious. Its like they are trying to speak down to you. They are not like this at all at the Kings Road store. The hair stylist was rude and didnt even say hello to me or my son, she simply said, put him on the chair, without looking at either of us. She did a good job with the haircut and warmed up. They also told me they had no later appts. and were stroppy when we were 10 mins late but on treatwell there were lots
