Lovely haircut at the end but my daughter cried with the initial hair combing. This has never happened before. I think it could have been avoided if the hairdresser had used some detangler spray. Good cut but a littler gentler would be appreciated next time.

Nic was great. My little one doesn’t really like having his haircut but she was great with him, did a really good job and really quickly too!
