Have been to Trotters before and had a good experience and cut, however this time we felt rushed and in the end the cut wasn’t good at all. There wasn’t much discussion about what we wanted or guidance. The end result looks like a bowl was put over his head and then hair was cut, very little care into checking lengths and overall look. Very disappointing
