Nic, our stylist, was lovely, but on this day, lacked the thorough touch we were used to from our first 2 visits.
So, I sent the following email to northcoteroad@trotters.co.uk but have not recieved a reply:
"The cut was admittedly, a bit difficult & my son was quite upset, but a large area of missed, uncut hair I discovered when I was nearly home is quite unacceptable, an area of around 2x3inches, totally untouched."
