We had been coming here for a while for haircuts and were always generally happy, however, this time, the cut is pretty poor. It is asymmetrical and has no texture. The hairdresser looked very uncomfortable and inexperienced. For a cut costing £24 we expected the quality to be maintained even when changing personnel. Now we have a to find somewhere else to get our son’s haircut.

After a disasterous first haircut elsewhere, I was rather nervous about taking my toddler to have her haircut again and had been delaying it for ages. I should not have worried as she had a beautiful cut at Trotters and it looks wonderful. So much care was taken and Lisaine knew all the tricks to get my daughter to cooperate - although she was actually very good as she was transfixed by the fish! Thank you so much; my daughter went in as a toddler and now looks like a proper little girl 🥲
