Had to wait 15 minutes for our appointment despite arriving 12 minutes early. Not sure the hairdresser was as competent as the usual staff. We left with a haircut which was okay which took longer than usual. Normally we are very pleased

Went here for my daughters first haircut, the staff were really friendly and talked her through the whole process. Engaged with her excitedly when she kept pointing out the fish and praised her for doing so well. Were very accommodating when we made a mistake with the time of our appointment. Would definitely take my daughter here for another cut.

Maria was lovely and made my daughter feel very calm about cutting her hair that she had being growing for a long time. She styled her hair with a fabulous plait and ended the haircut with a lovely treat!
