I just feel like the atmosphere at Trotters has always quite icy. They are not particularly friendly and always make you feel like you’re imposing and they are manic and swept off their feet. As retail staff, I find them quite rude in general apart from 1 or 2 girls. It’s really disappointing because I’ve been going there since the girls were tiny, but I think that is the last haircut we will have there
