Rosi was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old nephew, who was scared and hysterically crying. I managed to hold him in my lap whilst Rosi swiftly used the clippers. Thank you so much Rosi, you were kind, reassuring and professional the whole time. We will be back in a couple of months as advised!
