We've booked Trotters a few times for our son/daughter haircuts and generally had a good experience. Our hairdresser (Melina) was extremely nice and did her best to put my daughter (3) and son (1) at ease but the haircuts themselves were not great/pretty bad. Melina did ask us whether we wanted more cut/something different, but it's quite difficult to rectify/identify why/how a haircut doesn't look good when you're not a hairdresser and overall, we're looking forward to them growing out...

Great with our young toddler (20 months), and very fast, was worried as this was his first professional haircut Vs doing at home. He got a little certificate and everything. The fish were a great distraction and they had little toy cars too to hold.
