My daughter and I explained Nathalie the length my daughter wanted. We even showed her clearly where she wanted the hair to finish. For some reason, she said “let’s chop it off” and gave a quick cut way above what asked and showed. I’ve told her straight away but it was too late. She was not sorry. Since then my daughter is quite sad about her short hair and about not being listened by this person. I’m disappointed, I’ve never had that kind of experience at Trotters.
