Hi, this is a toddlers space and you may know sometimes with children timings can be a bit tricky. We arrived 5 min late and ever though the appointment was for 20 min, we did not have a very nice welcome and the appointment finished 5 min earlier. Please we ask you to be more open and understand that parents can be late. The experience was not good at all sadly

Angela was great from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable and really down to earth, a real asset to the team at King's Road. This was my daughters second hair cut, and she throughly enjoyed her haircut and styled in two elsa plaits. Huge thank you.
