The hairdresser was a temp and had an appalling attitude. He told us he wasn’t paid enough to be cutting children’s hair, being in the store ‘does his head in,’ and told a story of being bitten by a child. Overall, he did not want to be there and gave a rushed haircut. We didn’t want to make a scene as this would have upset our son. I had to take my son elsewhere to even up the poor haircut. Vet your temps as experiences like this are damaging for your brand. Will be going elsewhere next time!

The whole experience was wonderful for my little girls first haircut. I think the lady was called Georgina and she was so lovely with her. She even plaited her hair at the end. Very special, thank you!
