It was such a relief to see Ana when we arrived, as the new system doesn't allow a stylist choice. It is very challenging to get my daughter to sit still and/or achieve a good result as she finds a haircut an immensely challenging sensory overload. Ana instantly made her feel at ease and adapted to her in a way no other stylist has managed
