Always love Trotters for my daughter's hair, but, for obvious reasons we haven't been for a long while. Ana was great and put a mini French plait in her hair after the cut: my daughter was delighted and hasn't let me take it out since!

Nancy was not friendly at all and didn't make any effort to make my little boy comfortable or relax. I mentioned it was his second haircut ever and is but nervous. My boy ended up crying after 20mins but she did nothing to comfort him and just asked him to be still. Hair cut was not great after more detailed look as it uneven. Was pressured to arrive on time but the haircut itself took longer than 20mins and Nancy didn't have an appointment straight after. Wouldn't recommend
