Eden, the male stylist, was terrible. My daughter curly hair and he was cutting her hair above the plastic coat rather than the bib to ensure the hair lays flat. He had visibly uneven chunks and when I tried to point this out and check if they were even he was extremely rude and took it as a personal affront. He was very aggressive and rude and I've never had this kind of experience in the past 8 years I've been coming to Trotter's. Thankfully Annie afterwards was able to correct the situation.

Cant recommend Ana highly enough. Nervous 7 year old came out totally thrilled with his experience. Ana was friendly, 'got it' immediately and cut his hair beautifully. Wish she could cut mine too.
